Community service is an important part of our club's mission and we built and maintain the Monarch Waystation Garden for the enjoyment of our community.  Each year we will host

at least two free family events to help children especially to grow in their appreciation and

understanding of pollinators, native plants, gardening, and earth stewardship.

Our Monarch Mania! and Winter Sowing Workshop are just two examples of these events. 

​

In 2024, Monarch Mania! will be held at the garden on Saturday, October 5.

Teens and pre-teens wanting to volunteer for service hours are welcome!

and members of the greater community outside of The Woods.
